Information on Transfers

Parents wishing to apply for a transfer please view the following information:

The Ministry outlined transfer steps as follows:

1. Application forms, solely for the transfer of Form One students shall be obtained from the secondary school to which the students are assigned based on SEA placement.

2. Parents/Guardians are to complete these forms and submit on the day of registration only after the student has been registered at the school in which they have been placed.

Information on Declaration Forms

Parents who do not wish to accept their child's assignment to El Dorado West Secondary School must visit the school on Thursday 4th July 2024(8:30 am-12 pm) with SEA Slip and Student Birth Certificate to complete the PARENT DECLARATION FORM . 

FORM 1 ORIENTATION - FRIDAY 30TH AUGUST 2024. 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM. MORE INFORMATION WILL BE POSTED AT A LATER DATE.
